CULTIVATE is a one-day worship and music ministry conference designed to strengthen the people, practices, and spiritual foundations behind public ministry.
CULTIVATE goes beyond helping teams improve how they lead worship. It brings them back to the purpose behind it.
CULTIVATE is an equipping conference for worship leaders, singers, musicians, choir members, directors, and church music teams. Through teaching, breakout sessions, prayer, and practical ministry training, attendees will examine what happens before, during, and after the platform, including personal preparation, team development, rehearsal culture, leadership, prayer, and spiritual formation. The conference concludes with Kingdomology’s live recording, giving attendees an opportunity to experience the connection between preparation, ministry, and live worship.
This conference is especially helpful for teams that know they need more structure, stronger preparation, clarity on leadership, and a stronger and healthier spiritual foundation.
