What we collect when you use this site, why we collect it, and what we will never do with it.
This site is operated by Jemero Carter & Kingdomology ("we," "us," "our"), a worship and music ministry. This policy explains how we handle information submitted through kingdomologymusic.com.
We only collect what you type into a form and choose to send. Nothing is gathered in the background.
Inquiry type, your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, and your message.
Your name and contact details, organization, event date and location, and the details of your request.
Your email address, and nothing else.
We use your information to reply to your message, respond to booking requests, and send ministry updates to those who join the email list. That is the whole list of purposes.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone.
We do not run analytics software, advertising pixels, or visitor tracking on this site.
We do not set advertising or tracking cookies.
We do not build profiles of visitors or their browsing behavior.
A few trusted providers handle specific functions. Each has its own privacy policy governing the data it receives.
Processes and delivers submissions from the contact form, the booking form, and the email list signup.
Handles ticketing and registration for CULTIVATE and the live recording. Ticket purchases happen on Ticket Tailor's own secure site, not here.
Processes one-time and monthly gifts. Giving takes place on Stripe's own secure checkout pages.
Hosts the site. Like nearly all web hosts, it keeps standard server logs for security and reliability.
We never see, handle, or store your card number. All payment details are entered directly on Stripe or Ticket Tailor, both of which are PCI-compliant payment providers. We receive only a record that a gift or ticket purchase was completed.
This site does not set cookies of its own. If you follow a link to Stripe, Ticket Tailor, or a social media platform, that service may set cookies under its own policy.
Form submissions are kept as long as they are useful for ministry correspondence and records. Email list addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you.
You may ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You may also ask to be removed from the email list. Write to info@kingdomologymusic.com and we will take care of it.
This site is intended for a general audience and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here with a new effective date.
