You may browse the site, share links to it, and use the forms to reach us for their intended purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the site, submit false or automated form entries, harvest contact information from it, or use it for anything unlawful.
The music, recordings, photographs, video, written material, logos, and design on this site belong to Jemero Carter & Kingdomology or to the artists and photographers who licensed them to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use them commercially without written permission. Personal sharing of links and posts is welcome and encouraged.
Registration for CULTIVATE and tickets for the live recording are sold through Ticket Tailor, and your purchase is also subject to Ticket Tailor's terms. Ticket prices, availability, refund and transfer rules are shown at checkout. Event dates, times, locations, and lineups may change; if an event is canceled or rescheduled we will notify ticket holders at the email address given at purchase. For any question about an order, contact us and we will help.
Gifts are processed by Stripe and support the ministry's music, training, and production work. Monthly partnerships continue until you cancel; you may cancel at any time by contacting us. Gifts are generally not refundable, but if a gift was made in error, contact us promptly and we will work with you. For questions about the tax treatment of a gift, please reach out to us directly.
Submitting a booking inquiry starts a conversation. It is not a booking, and it does not create a contract or reserve a date. Any engagement is confirmed only through a separate written agreement between us.
This site links to services we use and platforms where our music lives, including Ticket Tailor, Stripe, Google, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and Linktree. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply once you leave here.
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as is, without warranties of any kind. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that every detail is free of error.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jemero Carter & Kingdomology is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or from a third-party service linked from it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from them will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Mississippi.
